Global volcanoes may become active from 8 April. Volcano Update 9 April. Ubinas (Peru) erupts 9 April. This Service is offline for a couple of days, observations will be incomplete. There may be a little bump NZ today. Summary. This forecast was a very good location success for Haast, the little bump.Quakes started just before the forecast period and returned a bit late on 8-9 April. Global volcano monitoring services reported a mild increase on 8-9 April. Ubinas in Peru showed strong sighs of activity and some big boulder slides (see Facebook and video). There was an unforecasted quake spell on 14 April.
