A week after Southern Philippines 6.4 another quake in the same spot has brought the area to a standstill.
Fortunately casualties are limited but structural damage is apparently extensive.
Spaceweather conditions may bring another quake peak late 30 October to the Pacific including New Zealand.
The forecast period is a powerful one.
